Introduction
This special learning session will guide HR practitioners on what to do next. This is a habit that we will not recommend. Why? Because it should be the HR practitioner who should prepare the Employee Handbook. He is the one, not t his counterpart nor the HR Consultant, who knows the operations of His Company. He is familiar with the culture of the organization and knows exactly the prevailing attitude and sentiments inside the Company. Involvimg others may not do the trick. They are clueless on all the items that were cited earlier. What’s more, the HR practitioner knows the management style of people at the top.
Program Overview
Organizations normally rely on their Employee Handbook in order to reinforce their arguments and effectively enforce disciplinary action to their employees. If they do not have one, they will have to depend solely on the Philippine Labor Code to justify their labor decisions. The presence and the availability of the Employee Handbook serve to strengthen labor cases, HR practitioners can cite specific provisions in the Employee Handbook that are applicable to employees’ offenses and can easily refer to the corresponding sanctions stated in the Employee Handbook. Otherwise, they may have to refer only to the general provisions stated in the Philippine Labor Code.

Webinar access links are strictly sent through email therefore make sure you indicate the right email addresses for the participants. Masterclass access links.
Once payment is made and verified, we can activate the spot on the webinar then we can send the webinar access links to the email addresses of the participants – this only goes with Bank Deposit/Online Bank Transfer / G-Cash. However, for payments made using PayPal, the activation process is automatic. Note that your webinar access link cannot be shared with anyone else. If you cannot attend on the date and time of the webinar kindly advise us at the latest one day ahead.
